Now... here is where it gets tricky. I basically stopped reading for fun in order to study for the GRE Subject Test in English Literature. To this end, I read some study guides and skimmed a bunch of Norton Anthologies (actually a combination of skipping big chunks and doing close readings of other chunks). I'm actually still doing this, but by November or December I decided to start taking little breaks so I wouldn't get burned out. Everything else I read in this window was a re-read, and I didn't really keep a record, so I'm going by memory here.

I also have a very strong feeling that I reread Sense and Sensibility, but I can't be sure of it.


And that's about it - of course, the Norton Anthologies included a bunch of complete texts that I actually read all the way through - but I'm not sure quite how to count any of that. So I won't. It's not a huge list, but I feel like I was productive and kept my mind busy in other ways.
